Taco Fiesta Bali

Taco Fiesta is a Mexican and Tex-Mex restaurant and coffee shop on Jalan Bisma, a short walk from central Ubud. The upstairs seating looks out over rice fields, which makes it a calm spot by day. Evenings are busier, with live music at The Blues La Fiesta on Tuesdays and Taco Night on Saturdays.

The beef birria taco is the dish the restaurant pushes hardest. Its smoky chipotle fish taco comes on a six-inch flour tortilla with lime rice and black bean corn salsa. The wet burritos are double-baked in red pepper tomato sauce, and the smoked fajitas come with three tortillas, black bean sauce and guacamole. There are also enchiladas, loaded nachos and an avocado lime soup with crispy tortilla. From 8am the menu adds breakfast burritos and huevos rancheros.
