Adriana Cocina & Bar sits on the rooftop of Mövenpick Resort & Spa Jimbaran Bali, eight floors above Samasta Lifestyle Village on Jalan Wanagiri. Inside, a pink-walled bar sits under arched shelves of tequila; outside, an open-air terrace of green tiles, lounge seating and a fire pit looks out to the ocean.
Chef Gerardo Ramos cooks modern Mexican food drawn from his hometown. Recent reviews point to the carne asada and al pastor pork tacos, ceviche, octopus and nachos, alongside fajitas and a grill and skewer section. Signature cocktails such as Adriana's Kiss and an Oaxacan Negroni are built on tequila, mezcal, rum and pisco, and there is a long wine list.
It suits sunset drinks that turn into dinner, and groups who want a DJ later in the evening. Expect to spend about Rp250,000 a head on food. It opens Monday to Thursday from 4pm to 12.30am and Friday to Sunday from 11am to 2am. Book by WhatsApp for terrace tables at sunset. Pork is on the menu.
