Rodeo Table is a Tex-Mex bar and grill in the basement of the Mint Museum of Toys on Seah Street, which drew press coverage as a new opening in January 2026. It is a short walk from Bugis and City Hall MRT stations. Inside, the room plays up a modern cowboy theme, with floor-to-ceiling bottle displays, black-and-white checked floors and wooden furniture, and seats about 50 at the counter and tables.
The menu is Tex-Mex with Japanese touches. Tacos run from S$4.80, with fillings such as chicken tinga, carnitas, beef and spicy prawn tempura, alongside a yakitori tsukune version. Chicken fajitas arrive flambéed at the table, and there are nachos, quesadillas, elote and baby buffalo wings. Burgers, steaks, Tokyo jambalaya and Okinawa taco rice widen the choice. Frozen margaritas in lime, strawberry or mango cost S$18, and there are tequilas, mojitos and mocktails.
It works best for groups who want to share taco sets and fajitas over drinks. Open daily for lunch and dinner, with all-day service at weekends. Book through Chope.
