Molino describes itself as a Mexican eatery and agave lounge, and sits on Soi 11, a street better known for its nightlife. Founded by New York-born chef Lenny Nigro, it has a low-lit, skull-motif dining room with a cocktail-bar feel, and keeps unusually long hours, from breakfast until late.
The kitchen grinds its own corn for tortillas, ferments its hot sauces and makes fresh cheeses. Mornings bring chilaquiles, huevos rancheros and a pistachio horchata. At dinner, try the beef cheek quesobirria, chorizo fundido, Baja fish tacos and the Gringo crunchy taco with house chorizo, or share the slow-cooked beef cheek birria served in a cast-iron pot. The bar pours only premium agave spirits, with a list of margaritas to match.
It works for a late group dinner, a margarita-led night out or a quiet breakfast before Soi 11 wakes up. Bottomless tacos run on Tuesdays and Sundays from noon. Delivery is available through its own service, Grab and LINE MAN.
